The Alto Group is making a big move into heavy equipment. We have created Alto Construction Equipment (ACE), based at Mount Kuring-Gai, and have been appointed XCMG's key accounts Dealer in Sydney.
This is not a small startup. It is a new division backed by one of Sydney's largest, long-established privately owned dealer groups. You get the excitement of building something new with the confidence, systems and support of a major group behind you.

As XCMG's key accounts dealer for Sydney, ACE will be the point of contact for major fleets and serious operators. You will sell, support and service full fleets of XCMG equipment, backed by XCMG Australia for training, engineering support and fast parts supply.
You will be standing behind a brand that is investing hard in the Australian market, winning work on performance and value, and building a reputation for reliability with strong aftersales support. It is a chance to get in early with a brand that is still growing its presence and help shape how it is seen in Sydney.
Branch manager - ACE Mount Kuring-Gai
Lead the new branch and own the P&L. Set the culture, build the team, manage the OEM relationship and drive sales, service and parts performance. Ideal for a heavy equipment branch leader who wants more say in how a business is built, with a major group behind them.
Sales Manager - XCMG key accounts
Build and lead the sales team. Drive machine sales, rental-to-own and key account growth with civil, construction, quarry and rental clients. You will spend plenty of time on sites and in front of decision makers, backed by Alto Group's fleet and finance relationships.
Sales Consultants - construction and earthmoving
Territory roles across the Sydney basin. You will prospect, quote, run demos and manage long‑term customer relationships. Experience selling earthmoving, construction machinery, trucks or capital equipment will be highly regarded.
Service Manager - workshop and field
Own the service and aftersales operation. Run the workshop and mobile fleet, lead technicians, manage warranty and support key accounts to maximise uptime. You will set up processes with the support of Alto Group systems and XCMG technical teams.
Service Technicians - workshop and mobile
Diagnose, service and repair XCMG equipment in our workshop and on customer sites. We are looking for:
* Heavy diesel technicians with strong hydraulic skills
* Earthmoving, construction or mining equipment background
* Techs who want variety, responsibility and a new challenge

* Strong safety focus and pride in doing the job right the first time
* Ability to build trust with site managers, operators and business owners
* Comfort working in a growing, hands‑on business where your ideas actually get used
