About the role:
As part of our spa and wellness team, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments in a serene, guest-focused environment. Your role will include:
* Providing a range of beauty treatments to the highest professional standards
* Offering personalised advice to support each guest’s beauty and wellness goals
* Using your expertise to recommend and tailor treatments
* Promoting products to enhance guest experiences and encourage repeat visits
* Contributing ideas to elevate guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Learning and performing beauty, body, and massage treatments
* Creating a warm, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests

Qualifications
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
* Previous experience in a hotel or resort spa (preferred but not essential)
* Availability to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
* Excellent time management and the ability to adapt treatments to guest needs
* A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow your career in a luxury setting
