We are looking for an experienced Employment Support Specialist to join our team.
FIFO Cairns to the Northern Territory where required.

More specifically the Employment Support Specialist Position purpose:
The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently provide Employment Support to the (currently known as CDP Regions) and from 03/11/25 RAES Regions, to maximise performance results against operational KPI's.
The role will assist to develop and empower staff to become active contributors to contract compliance and program performance.
The role will be performed in a way that adheres to EMG Capability values, policies and procedures and organisational standards in particular quality and service standards, as well as adhering to relevant legislation and all funding body requirements.
What you'll need to be considered
Essential:
Exceptional understanding of the (currently known as CDP) and from 3 November **** RAES program
Ability to analyse data to provide effective operational forecasts.
Highly developed problem solving, research, conceptual, analytical skills with the ability to develop practical and forward-thinking operational plans and solutions
High attention to detail
Demonstrated organisational and time coordination skills, self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook.
Significant understanding of the complexity and nuances of working with government departments.
Ability to interpret and communicate contractual and legislative needs to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of a team in a performance and customer service driven environment
Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a performance driven environment and exceed KPIs
Sound knowledge of recruitment practices
Abilities
Work independently and within a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
Ability to meet to competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
Ability to coach staff with a range of skill, expertise and experience
Strong report writing and record keeping ability
