**The Role**
This organisation is a leading fund administration and share registry specialist. They are a market leading provider of technology-enabled administration solutions, continually developing our offerings to expand with our clients' needs.
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our small HR team, comprising of Business Partnering, Operations, Recruitment, and HR Advisory services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering people initiatives and operational HR services. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders within the ANZ business, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and advice on leadership style, identify people needs, and leverage HR data and analytics to drive team and service performance. Anticipating potential people risks and implementing mitigation plans will be crucial to your success in this role.
**Responsibilities**
With a combination of strategic, operational and people leadership scope, you'll be completing the below.
- Partner with Senior Leaders, coaching and guiding them on leadership style and identifying people needs to align with business strategy.
- Anticipate potential people risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage key HR functions, including recruitment, HR advisory services, and operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Act as a business partner to senior leaders, advising on resource planning, remuneration, organizational design, and change.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts for HR operational policies and processes.
- Lead and support complex employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and laws.
- Participate in the design and delivery of key HR projects and initiatives for the ANZ region.
- Build a high-performing team of HR professionals across various HR services.
- Provide feedback on HR issues and contribute to the development of the Corporate Markets people plan.
- Support effective risk management and compliance practices.
**About you**:
- Strong expertise across a broad range of HR disciplines, including business partnering, recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Up-to-date understanding of employment law practices within ANZ.
- Proven experience in driving successful organizational change programs.
- Track record of building diverse and high-performing HR teams.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at the most senior levels of an organization.
- Skilled presenter, facilitator, and coach at senior levels.
- Inclusive and collaborative approach with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments with changing business needs.
- Sound judgement, decisiveness, initiative, and prioritization skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to propose practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to provide practical solutions.
- Degree in HRM or related discipline preferred.
