- Consults with business leaders to identify talent needs and plan recruitment campaigns.
- Guides Talent Support Advisors for efficient recruitment services
- Prepares and distributes employment-related documentation.
- Advises on talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate pre-employment checks
- Assist with onboarding processes
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional results.
**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment within a Human Resources environment (experience within Government highly desired).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with either TechOne, RAMS or Ascender highly regarded
