We're looking for an outstanding Hotel Manager to join the leadership team from day one. As Hotel Manager, you'll be the face of the hotel, chief host, brand champion, and experience driver—setting the tone for exceptional, personalised service at every touchpoint and inspiring your team to deliver effortless, memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Bring
* 4+ years of experience in a senior hotel management role, ideally from a 5‐star hotel environment.
* Extensive background across all areas of the hotel including rooms revenue, F&B, C&E and Sales & Marketing.
* Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for market trends, competitor activity and opportunities to drive profitability.
* Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS.
* Demonstrated leadership skills that foster team collaboration and performance.
* Effective written and verbal communication at all levels.
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management abilities to meet operational deadlines.
* Experience with F&B POS systems and equipment.
* Solid financial knowledge across all facets of hotel operations, including cost control and profitability analysis.
* Expertise in forecasting revenue and expenses to support strategic decision‐making.
* Proven ability in developing hotel budgets aligned with business objectives.
* Flexibility and adaptability with working hours and days to ensure operational continuity.
* Skilled in influencing and negotiating, building strong relationships and promoting ideas effectively within the team and the broader business.
Key Accountabilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day hotel operations, ensuring alignment with business needs and departmental efficiency.
* Collaborate with Heads of Department on rostering, SOP implementation and operational standards.
* Manage housekeeping and maintenance programmes, including room inspections, preventative maintenance and FF&E scheduling.
* Assist Revenue and F&B teams with accurate weekly forecasting and yield strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures while maintaining guest and staff security.
* Drive financial control through budget delegation, cost management and payroll oversight.
* Maintain strong internal communication channels and lead regular management and departmental meetings.
* Represent the hotel professionally through guest engagement, corporate networking and a high‐profile presence in public areas.
* Act as General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations and strategic decision‐making.
