National Graphic Designer & Office Administrator

We are seeking a talented and motivated National Graphic Designer to join our head office team in Canberra. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to someone who enjoys combining creative design work with hands-on office administration support.
This role plays an important part in supporting our national network, ensuring brand consistency, professional presentation, and smooth day-to-day office operations.
About the Role
Reporting to Head Office, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality graphic design across a wide range of national marketing, operational, and digital assets, while also assisting with general office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
* Design and produce marketing and promotional materials (digital and print)
* Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all national communications
* Create artwork for campaigns, signage, presentations, and internal documents
* Work closely with internal Franchisees to meet briefs and deadlines
* Manage artwork updates and version control
Office Administration
* Provide general administrative support to the Head Office team
* Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing
* Upload and manage documents on internal systems and shared drives
* Support coordination of internal communications and projects
* Ad hoc administration tasks as required
About You
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (commercial or in-house)
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
* Confident communicator with a professional, team-focused approach both written and verbal
* Willingness to assist with administrative tasks as part of a broader role
* Experience in a corporate or franchise environment (desirable, not essential)
* Ability to photograph or take videos and to travel would be highly desirable
