**About your role**
- Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Manager, the role is to lead the Purchasing team's day to day activities to achieve their tasks, reach targets and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.
- As the
**Procurement Team Lead, **you will support in development of key performance indicators by delivering company sourcing initiatives, deliverables and meeting projects targets as agreed with internal stakeholders and external customers.
You will also be required to provide assistance across all levels of the procurement function by continually improving business processes and leading improvements initiatives across activities.
**About you**
- Extensive experience in a similar or related role and a strong knowledge of commercial and compliance parameters.
- Previous experience leading a team is ideal
- Good commercial experience, particularly in relation to governance and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines
- Ability to identify and implement processes and procedures and effective monitoring and reporting on compliance.
- Good proven track record in delivering improvements in quality, cost delivery performance
- Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
