As a highly organized and efficient professional, you will play a crucial role in exceptional patient care as the key communication link between various units, hospital, university, patients, and external agencies.

The Unit Secretary provides administrative and secretarial support to medical staff within clinical units. Tasks include maintaining up-to-date filing systems, attending to facsimile communications, and performing routine office duties.

Responsibilities may include:

- Providing clerical support to the Unit

- Arranging Medical Staff appointments and Registrars' rotations

- Offering confidential and professional secretarial services

Requirements for this role include:

- High organisational and communication skills

- Typing skills (50-60 wpm) and accurate data entry

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and customer service roles
