Job Summary
Role : Senior Network Project Manager – Mobile Core Program This role will work in the Customer's Network Engineering group, which is responsible for the core of the Customer's Existing Network, including 4G/5G packet, data & voice core, messaging services, real-time services, cloud infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role is a full-time senior Project manager role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several of the Customer's projects simultaneously. Job Responsibilities
* Focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible
* Managing several projects concurrently
* Leading project meetings, steering committee meetings and planning sessions
* Coordinating staff and internal resources
* Managing project progress and adapt work as required
* Ensuring projects meet deadlines
* Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Designing and signing off on contracts
* Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
* Designing risk mitigation plan
* Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
* Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
* Managing large and diverse teams Qualifications and Requirements Has five or more years' experience preferably working in the telecommunication industry, and one or several formal qualifications in:
* Engineering/IT
* Management The candidate preferably has a background working in telecommunications core network Additionally, the Project Manager should possess high levels of the skills set out below to perform well in the role:
