We are looking for bright, energetic individuals with strong work ethics and an enthusiastic attitude to join our catering team, delivering excellence in food service on our iconic harbour cruises.
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Chef, the Cook performs basic food preparation duties and kitchen cleaning, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards on vessels such as The Jackson, Starship Sydney, and Sydney 2000.

You are a passionate and creative cook who thrives on delighting guests with memorable dining experiences. You excel in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and your ability to adapt to different kitchen environments and work efficiently under pressure makes you a valuable team player.
