Associate HR Advisor
Reporting into the HR Shared Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle and help ensure people processes are efficient, employee‐centric, and aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Complete employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, exits, job changes) accurately and document in line with internal processes.
* Triage, action or escalate shared services tickets and requests to maintain timely delivery against SLA/KPI metrics.
* Maintain reliable HR data and records across systems, regularly reconciling and updating.
* Continuously review and refine operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.
* Provide a responsive, solutions‐focused service experience for employees and stakeholders.
Ideal Hire
* Demonstrated interest in HR Operations or People Services; desire to build a career in People & Culture.
* Proactive initiative and problem‐solving skills.
* Systems thinking with focus on process improvement and scalability.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* 1–2 years experience in a People Operations or HR Administration role.
* Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations.
* Familiarity with HR or shared services administration such as onboarding, job changes, or maintaining employee records.
* Experience using HRIS, payroll systems and ticketing platforms.
