Centre for Prosthodontics (CFP) is Western Australia's leading specialist prosthodontic practice, founded by Dr. Janice Kan in 2011. We focus on complex smile rehabilitation, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstruction - the kind of work that changes lives. Our team includes some of Perth's most respected prosthodontists, and we're committed to education through our partnership with the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Allied Dental is our network of six general dental practices across Perth, providing comprehensive family dentistry with a focus on clinical excellence and genuine patient care.
Together, we operate across nine locations with 135+ team members. We're in an exciting growth phase, and we need someone to help us tell our story authentically.

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who understands that great marketing in healthcare isn't about going viral - it's about building trust, educating audiences, and creating genuine connections.
You'll start with CFP, helping us establish our thought leadership in prosthodontics through authentic content, world-class professional education events, and strategic digital presence. After proving yourself in the first 3 months, you'll expand into Allied Dental, bringing the same approach to our general practice network.
This isn't just social media scheduling. You'll be capturing clinical content, coordinating ITI study club events with international speakers, building relationships with referring dentists, and working directly with Dr. Janice Kan - one of Perth's leading prosthodontists - to create educational content that positions CFP as the authority in prosthodontics.
Why this role matters: Recent graduates are learning about "good prosthodontics" from social media. Right now, we're not in that conversation. You'll help change that, building authentic content that educates the next generation of dentists while feeding AI algorithms with genuine clinical expertise (not marketing fluff). This is how modern thought leadership works.

What You'll Do
Events & Professional Education (30%)
* Coordinate ITI study club events, lectures, and CPD sessions (~16 events annually)
* Manage event logistics: venue, catering, speaker coordination, attendee communication
* Capture event content for social media and future marketing
* Build relationships with referring prosthodontists and dentists
* Note: This role requires flexibility with work hours to accommodate evening events and occasional weekend activities (time in lieu provided)
Content Creation & Social Media (40%)
* Create authentic educational content from clinical cases and Dr. Kan's expertise
* Basic video capture and editing (iPhone + CapCut/similar) of clinical explanations
* Photography at events and clinical sessions
* Write and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
* Create engaging social media stories showcasing our work and team
* Coordinate with external agencies (Bento) for professional content where needed
Marketing Operations & Collateral (20%)
* Update print and digital materials (referral pads, clinician profiles, business cards, appointment cards)
* Coordinate with graphic designers and external vendors
* Manage HubSpot CRM and database updates
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Strategic Support (10%)
* Day-to-day liaison with external marketing agencies
* Track social media engagement and provide insights
* Support Marketing Manager with campaign planning and execution
After 3-month probation: Scope expands to include Allied Dental social media, branded content coordination, and general practice marketing support.

What We're Looking For
Essential
* Event coordination experience - You've successfully organized professional events or B2B education programs
* Social media content creation - You can craft engaging posts and understand platform nuances (not just scheduling)
* Basic video editing - Comfortable with mobile editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
* Photography skills - iPhone photography minimum; can capture quality event and content images
* CRM experience - HubSpot ideal, but any CRM platform works
* Agency liaison experience - You've coordinated with external vendors and know how to manage timelines
* Excellent written communication - Your writing is clear, engaging, and professional
* Self-starter mindset - You can work independently, problem-solve, and take ownership
Highly Desirable
* Healthcare marketing experience (understands compliance, privacy, professional services marketing)
* Experience capturing educational or professional content (conferences, seminars, training programs)
* B2B marketing background (professional services, not retail)
* Interest in healthcare, dentistry, or medical field
* Understanding of professional networking and relationship-building

* Agency coordination more efficient (faster turnarounds, less back-and-forth)
* Marketing Manager freed up from execution to focus on strategy
After 6-12 months:
* CFP positioned as thought leader in prosthodontics through consistent, authentic content
* Allied Dental social presence established and growing
* Referring dentists engaging with our content and education programs
* You've potentially replaced some agency services with in-house content creation
* Clear ROI demonstrated through engagement, referrals, and brand awareness
