**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
- Providing courteous and efficient handling of all incoming new reservations, changes, cancellations and general information
- Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while displaying strict privacy and accuracy of information
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments in line with hotel credit and billing policies
- Flexing your product knowledge of facilities, room categories, rates, packages and promotions to demonstrate value to our guests
- Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
**What we need from you**:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reservations capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication; passion for excellent customer service
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities
- Proven exceptional attention to detail
- Prior experience working with Opera PMS is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities
