Dozer/Excavator Operators
Sure People Solutions is a proudly Australian owned and operated labour hire firm which has been providing quality labour across multiple Industries including the, Civil and Commercial Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, as well as Light and Heavy Industrial Sectors for over 10 years in WA.
The position:
Our client is seeking operators on a 15:6 roster out of Lynas to deliver a major tailings dam project in regional WA.
Although the role is predominantly operating, all applicants must be willing to perform other tasks from time to time dependent on work load.
Requirements:
All applicants must have proven experience working in a civil construction environment and meet the following criteria:
* RIIMPO323A Conduct civil construction dozer operations ticket (essential)
* RIIMPO320D Conduct civil construction excavator operations ticket (essential)
* D8 and D10 Dozer pushing scrapers and earthworks with GPS trimming experience (essential)
* Experience on 60T excavator production loading ADTs (essential)
* GPS batter trimming experience (essential)
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to machine maintenance
* Good temperament and a can-do attitude are essential
* Additional operating skills highly regarded
