Account Executive (Sydney or Melbourne) (Fully Remote)

If you are an high‐performing Account Executive who thrives in remote environments with SaaS technology, owns the full sales cycle, and loves building something from the ground up this role is for you.
Reporting directly to an inspiring US‐based Sales Director, You will take ownership of new business across the Australian SMB market supported by SDRs but fully accountable for driving revenue and building a strong local presence. This is not just another AE role.

Main Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify high‐quality leads across Australia
* Understanding customer growth goals and position software as a strategic investment
* Translating product features into genuine business outcomes
* Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets
* Build strong follow‐up strategies to drive referrals and account expansion
Qualifications/Experience required
* 3+ years SaaS sales experience (full‐cycle, quota‐carrying AE)
* Strong outbound & cold‐calling background
* Pipeline builder who can prospect and close
* High business acumen and strategic selling capability
* Resilient, competitive, coachable and driven
* Thrives in ambiguity and startup‐style growth
