MedTech Sales Specialist
We are seeking a skilled MedTech Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving growth across South Australia and Northern Territory, you will combine your clinical knowledge with a strategic sales approach to support healthcare professionals and build long-term partnerships.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets across a defined territory
* Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and executives
* Conduct product demonstrations, training, and clinical support
* Develop a strategic territory plan to grow market share and revenue
* Provide market insights on competitor activity and customer trends
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
* Background in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare is highly desirable, or a strong clinical background with commercial acumen and a willingness to be trained in sales
* Must have hands-on PICC insertion experience or a proven track record in clinical sales of PICC/vascular access products
* Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised, resilient, and capable of working independently
* Tertiary qualifications in healthcare or science are advantageous
* Willingness to travel interstate, including occasional weekends or outside standard business hours, as required to support the role
