Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure and cloud systems, managing the support ticket queue, and providing first-level support to our global staff.

- Initial contract employment with view to go permanent
Location - Collingwood, Melbourne
Parking/Commuting - Near multiple train stations, tram & bus stops along with near a car-park
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the IT support ticket queue, providing first-level support and general triage.
- Troubleshoot issues with computer systems, networks, servers, and security programs.
- Onboard new employees and provide necessary IT training.
- Maintain and monitor the Microsoft 365 suite (including Email, Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams).
- Provide on-call support for our global teams in Canada, the UK, and Europe.
- Install and upgrade hardware and software.
- Handle data backups and perform data recovery as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11.
- Hands-on experience with server and network administration.
- Strong administrative skills in Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Linux and Ubuntu.
- Proven ability to provide Level 1 and 2 IT support.
