The contract is short-term with strong potential for extension depending on project needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site engineering support across all SMP scopes to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.Oversee and coordinate daily field activities, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage progress and resolve any technical issues.Review and contribute to work packs, risk assessments, and construction planning documents.Conduct inspections and ensure works are performed in line with project specifications and HSE regulations.Act as a key point of contact for site-based SMP engineering issues.Skills & Experience:Prior experience in an SMP Field Engineer role, preferably on LNG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.Solid understanding of structural, mechanical, and piping systems in a construction environment.Ability to work efficiently on a FIFO roster and deliver under tight project schedules.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams.Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering and any applicable industry certifications.What We Offer:Competitive rateWork on a major, high-value project.Short-term contract with the possibility of extension.Supportive and safety-focused work environment.How to Apply:Click Apply Now to submit your updated resume and relevant documentation.
