**About the role**:
Working closely with the Managing Partner, your day will see you:
- managing your own fileload of Magistrate Court & Federal Circuit Court matters;
- assisting the Partner on more complex superior court proceedings (e.g.
District/Supreme Court & Federal Court Proceedings);
- working across a variety of matters including bankruptcy, insolvency, construction, torts and commercial disputes for a mix of SME and high net worth clients.
**Skills/Experience**:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2-7 years PAE in commercial litigation;
- valuable experience managing your own smaller fileload;
- a high level of attention to detail; and
- the confidence to work closely with your clients.
