About the Role
Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced
Territory & Account Sales Manager
for our client in Shepparton, a leader in the dry hire of road maintenance and civil equipment. This role will see you managing and growing an existing client base while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service while achieving sales and utilisation targets. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Develop tailored hire solutions to meet client needs Achieve sales targets, conversion rates, and asset utilisation goals Identify and pursue current business opportunities within your territory Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings Maintain accurate CRM records (ZoHo experience advantageous) Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Ensure all contractual, safety, and compliance requirements are met About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hire industry (road maintenance or civil equipment preferred) Proven track record in territory sales, account management, and business development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Computer proficiency (CRM experience desirable) Current driver’s licence Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven What’s On Offer
