This is an exciting opportunity to shape a premium category within a globally respected brand driving commercial success while building strong partnerships with retailers, builders, architects, and outdoor living specialists. **Your Responsibilities*** Business Development & Channel Expansion: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across retail, trade, builders, architects, designers, and outdoor living specialists to drive sustainable category growth.* Key Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts and industry stakeholders, strengthening brand advocacy and increasing market share.* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute Annual Business Development Plans (BDPs) for targeted accounts and growth channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.* Sales Performance & Profitability: Deliver year-on-year revenue and profit growth, achieve sales objectives, and meet ROI requirements at store and channel level.* Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead demand forecasting activities, manage pipeline development and conversion rates, and ensure adherence to planning standards.* Market & Category Insights: Provide proactive insights on consumer trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities to support category expansion and strategic decision-making.* Industry Presence & Brand Leadership: Represent Miele at trade shows, builder/designer forums, and industry events, reinforcing our position as a premium leader in outdoor cooking.**What We Are Looking For****Must-Have*** Proven business development expertise: Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion within outdoor cooking or appliance-related industries.* Strong relationship-building & influencing skills: Ability to engage and negotiate effectively across retail, trade, and specialist channels at all organisational levels.* Commercial acumen & analytical capability: Skilled at translating market insights, data, and trends into actionable growth strategies and measurable results.* Strategic planning & execution: Experience developing and delivering customer business plans aligned to revenue, profitability, and ROI targets.* Excellent communication & presentation skills: Confident representing a premium brand in customer meetings, industry events, and internal forums.**Nice-to-Have*** Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or outdoor lifestyle specialists.* Exposure to trade marketing cycles and seasonal outdoor lifestyle categories.* Experience working within a global or premium brand environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
