Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented RN Supervisor to join our team
This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced home care environment and is ready to take on a leadership role with autonomy, purpose and impact.
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Full-Time / Field-Based (75%-85%) Compensation: $85,****** - $95,****** annually, based on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You will: Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans Provide direct oversight and support to a team of Registered Nurses (2-4 direct reports) Ensure compliance with clinical policies, state regulations and accreditation standards.
Coach, Mentor, and Train nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and operational efficiency Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and patient-centered care Review documentation and ensure timely submission of accurate clinical records Act as a liaison between staff, clients, families and external partners to ensure continuity of care You will have: Current and valid RN license in the state of Maryland Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse Home care or Community Nursing experience preferred Proven Leadership or Supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication, time management, interpersonal and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and comfort navigating the State of Maryland Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Health, Vision, Dental Benefits Teladoc- 24/7 Doctor Support (phone or video) Voluntary Life Insurance Critical Illness, Group Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance LegalShield IDShield Pet Insurance Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program/Health Concierge Services About Us: Our mission is to provide and restore client dignity and independence in their homes through individualized care plans in an effort to reduce caregiver role and stress on family members while avoiding nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
