**Your new role**
Your main duties and responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to;
- Assisting with the day to day running of the office including answering phones and general daily admin tasks.
- General administration
- Order processing
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have experience in customer service and have a pleasant, confident phone manner.
- Have the skill to identify an opportunity when presented and upsell our range of products.
- You must be able to multi task and work as part of a small team.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience with SimPro a definite advantage
