Manage 115 properties with assistance
Leasing agent to support leasing
No PCRs
Routines outsourced during busy periods
The Criteria
Experience managing a portfolio
A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humor
Valid Real estate registration and driver\'s license
High attention to detail & organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
