The Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club (MOFSC) is looking for an energetic and hands-on Team and Events Leader to help guide our Food & Beverage crew. You'll be right in the heart of the action – keeping service smooth, supporting your team, and taking responsibility for the delivery of wonderful events for our members and clients.

We're looking for someone who:
* Has 2 years hospitality and events experience (bonus points if you've led a team before)
* Is a natural people person who loves motivating others
* Can keep cool under pressure and think on their feet
* Holds an RSA and current Approved Manager's card
* Brings the right energy – positive, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed
* Must have flexible availability for days, nights, and weekends (that's when the fun happens!)
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Responsibilities
* Leading shifts and supporting the F&B Supervisor
* Delivery of Client and Member events on the day, including weddings, large corporate events and major family occasions
* Keeping service smooth and members happy
* Helping train and mentor the team
* Jumping in to get the job done – no job too big or small
* Assist with rostering, stock ordering, and other administrative tasks
* Help coordinate internal Club functions and events
* Uphold club values, principles, and procedures
Qualifications
* 2 years hospitality and events experience (bonus for team leadership)
* Ability to motivate and manage a team
* Ability to stay composed under pressure
* RSA and current Approved Manager's card
* Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Flexible availability for days, nights, and weekends
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
