Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Recruitment And HR Officer Should Have
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Not For Profit or similar industry.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
