About the role
Join Connell Civil Group Pty Ltd as a full-time Excavator Operator in Melbourne's South East Corridor. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading construction company and play a key role in the delivery of Sewer Projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues or repairs required
- Collaborate with the wider construction team to meet project deadlines and requirements
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Skilled operators with extensive experience using trench shields and deep trenching
- Knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Communication and teamwork skills
