We are looking for a professional and skilled Administration Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management department, assisting senior property managers with daily operations, meeting and greeting clients, and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, and hold an Agent's Rep certificate (or be willing to undertake it immediately). They should also have experience in a highly functional administration office or real estate office and possess local knowledge of the area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the property management department
* Assist senior property managers with daily operations
* Meet and greet clients with professionalism and maintain relationships
* Data entry, scanning, emailing, and liaising with the Property Management Team
* Process reports for routine/ingoing/outgoing inspections
The selected applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to succeed.
Requirements
