Ballarat Mazda is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our team and advance their career within an award-winning Dealership.
Reporting to the Parts Manager the focus of this role is to provide the best customer experience to all our parts Customers through our Retail, Service, Trade and Internal channels.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Strong technical understanding of automotive parts
* High levels of customer service
* High attention to detail
* Experience in parts interpreting
* Strong communication skills
* Computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
* Knowledge of Pentana-ERA systems (preferred but not essential)
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (preferred but not essential)
* Capacity to work in a small but dynamic team
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Current drivers licence
Your responsibilities will include:
* Interpret parts requirements for our internal channels & external customers
* Manage inquiries for parts and respond efficiently
* Prepare quotes, invoices and receipts
* Proactively follow up order status & inquiries
* Receipt, dispatch & storage of all parts
* Keep store and showroom organised and presentable including accessory display
* Daily parts invoicing & data entry
* Ordering parts & maintaining stock records
* Providing information on spare parts availability, pricing, stock & delivery
* Stock Management and Annual Stocktake
