**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Research Fellow (Implementation) to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Academic Division.

We are seeking a Research Fellow to join our team of researchers as we conduct a stepped-wedge cluster randomised implementation trial designed to reduce perioperative hypothermia and improve outcomes for patients undergoing surgery (The GLOW Trial).

**About the Centre for Healthcare Transformation (CHT)**

The Centre for Healthcare Transformation (CHT) was created in 2020, to bring together leading clinicians, health economists, statisticians and implementation scientists from a variety of fields, including nursing and other health sciences. The CHT vision is to transform healthcare for better lives.

The Centre provides an opportunity to strengthen collaborations for improving health outcomes research, thereby strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of health services for the benefit of patients, their carers, the community more broadly, and health service providers.

**What you need to succeed**

Your expertise and initiative, combined with your ability to work as an excellent team player will be vital to your success in this role.

You will demonstrate:

- Completion of (or working towards) a doctoral qualification in healthcare. Clinical experience in an acute hospital setting is desirable.
