Your Role
As a KEY part of this internationally acclaimed banking/finance team (being led and mentored by some of Australia's top banking/finance partners), representing blue-chip clients (world leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers), you will love advising on intellectually stimulating sophisticated banking/finance transactions including multi-jurisdictional and multi-level funding transactions.

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have 3-10+ years PAE experience in banking/finance law with a 1st/2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm;
* have strong research/technical legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
* proven ability to manage client relationships;
