About the role
The Manager, Learning Insights & Governance, is responsible for driving data driven decision making and managing the learning ecosystem that enables modern learning experiences. This role leads a small team (including an analyst) to deliver actionable insights, optimise learning infrastructure, and implement innovative digital solutions that support organisational capability development.
What you'll do
* Develop and execute a firmwide learning data and insights strategy to measure impact and ROI, progressing the organisation under the learning organisation framework.
* Define and implement learning metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks; conduct analytics and ROI evaluations to inform continuous improvement.
* Provide firm-wide learning insights, integrating skills data from Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) for capability planning; partner with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Identify opportunities and strengths across the learning organisation framework to enhance performance and outcomes.
* Manage and enhance learning technology platforms (LMS, LXP), ensuring scalability, seamless integration with People & Culture systems, and a high quality user experience.
* Evaluate and implement future technologies (e.g., AI-driven learning, VR/AR, adaptive tools); manage credentialing and badging systems to support recognition and career progression.
* Ensure robust learning infrastructure that enables digital and blended learning experiences.
* Maintain close relationships with Global teams to understand global changes and requirements; stay ahead of emerging trends in learning tech and analytics and recommend adoption strategies.
* Develop and leverage dashboards and visualisation tools for real time tracking of learning performance; maintain governance for data privacy and compliance.
* Review and recommend learning programs that are meeting objectives and identify those with limited impact; create knowledge management protocols that enhance sharing and version control.
* Lead knowledge management and governance infrastructure across Learning, Leadership & Talent Development.
* Lead and coach an analyst to deliver high quality insights and reporting; foster a culture of data literacy and technology enablement across the learning function.
