About the Role
We're seeking a welcoming and organised Receptionist / Office Administrator to join us in a part-time role with flexible hours. You'll be in the office located in Edinburgh and are required to work at least 4 hours each day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
This role is perfect if you enjoy variety, supporting people, and keeping the office running smoothly.
What you'll do
 * Greet visitors, manage reception and PPE sign-in
 * Book boardrooms, arrange travel, and manage office facilities
 * Keep the kitchen tidy, manage supplies (milk, stationery, uniforms, etc.)
 * Collect and distribute mail
 * Support four subsidiaries with admin, printing, scanning, coding transactions
 * People & Culture Support: onboarding of new starters, staff communications, letters, and events
 * Act as First Aid Officer and Fire Warden

 * Friendly, approachable, and organised
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Comfortable juggling reception, admin, and people-facing tasks
 * Proactive and reliable in keeping things running day-to-day
 * Demonstrated discretion and professionalism with sensitive/HR information
 * Understands data privacy, confidentiality and record-keeping expectations
