Secondary School Teachers
to join our team in ****. As part of the Secondary School department, the successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our students. The main responsibilities and tasks of the role include:
Responsibilities
Planning, preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons across the secondary school curriculum.
Assessing and reporting on the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the needs of diverse student abilities and backgrounds.
Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of teaching practices.
Participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and pastoral care duties as required.
Adhering to school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to nurturing the holistic development of young people. A relevant teaching qualification and experience in a similar role are essential.

Desired Skills and Experience
Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications as required by Victorian Institute of Teaching
Demonstrated experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and expertise relevant to the secondary school curriculum
Proven ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents
