About the Role
You'll be the go‐to technical expert across the dealer network, managing warranty claims, troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement back into the factory.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the primary technical link between manufacturing and dealers across ANZ
* Manage complex warranty claims, reviewing diagnostics and build data
* Coordinate urgent "boat down" parts to minimise customer downtime
* Support dealers with technical troubleshooting and advice
* Identify recurring issues and work with Engineering / Quality teams to improve product reliability
* Develop and share technical bulletins, recalls and updates
* Build strong relationships and capability across the dealer network

About You:
* Mechanical/technical background (marine, automotive or similar)
* Experience with warranty processes and dealer support
* Strong diagnostic and problem‐solving skills
* Confident communicator who can build solid relationships across a network
* Hands‐on, practical and solutions‐focused
