About the Role:
Oversee the management of the Property Management department (4-6 staff members). Conduct regular meetings, provide guidance and mentorship to the team, monitor performance, and implement processes and compliance checks.
Requirements:
Suitable for an existing Department Head or a highly experienced Senior Property Manager. Must hold a valid Class 1 License, possess extensive knowledge of compliance and legislation, be a skilled leader, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
