About the role
This full-time Warehouse / Counter Sales role in Mackay, QLD offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading distributor automotive and powersports products. As part of the warehouse and customer service team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and providing excellent service to both trade and wholesale customers.
What you'll be doing
* Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
* Processing orders and preparing quotes
* Picking, packing and receiving stock
* Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate
* Supporting general branch operations as needed
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
* Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
* Basic computer skills for order processing and invoicing
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work efficiently
* Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
* Current driver’s licence
* A forklift license or the willingness to obtain one
* Full Australian working rights
