Project Accounting Specialist Role
This position is focused on managing project accounting within the contracts and delivery lifecycle, facilitating a seamless integration of finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide real-time financial insights to Project Managers to ensure timely decision-making and optimal project outcomes.
* Effectively manage project invoicing in accordance with contract terms to maintain positive client relationships.
* Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks to optimize business efficiency.
Requirements
* A certificate-level qualification in finance or relevant hands-on bookkeeping experience.
* A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable – ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and reliability to deliver high-quality results.
