 
        
        We have an exciting chance for a Receptionist to join a leading PropertyDeveloper. 
**Responsibilities**: 
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. 
- Manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. 
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. 
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. 
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. 
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. 
- Provide general support to the office staff and management team. 
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and functions. 
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and employees. 
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information. 
**Requirements**: 
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator is preferred. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
- Professional appearance and demeanor. 
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
- Knowledge of the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
