Job Title: Senior Advisor - Enterprise Risk
The Senior Advisor - Enterprise Risk will be responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework, associated policies, processes, and systems across Fremantle Ports, ensuring they remain contemporary and fit for purpose.
Additionally, the Senior Advisor - Enterprise Risk will provide support and advice for the effective management of risk across Fremantle Ports, including consultation with General Managers, Managers, and function groups to identify and monitor key risk exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and associated policies and procedures/systems.
2. Develop and embed processes and systems to identify, evaluate, and address emerging risks.
3. Ensure regular monitoring and reporting of risks and related activities in line with the ERM Framework.
4. Support risk owners in timely reviews of risks and actions.
5. Maintain the ERM system, including administration, configuration management, and risk data management.
6. Support the development of strategies for enterprise risk management.
7. Provide ERM advice to senior leadership and managers on risk management across the business.
8. Lead the development and delivery of the Enterprise Risk Management training program.
9. Prepare reports for the Board, Audit and Risk Committee, and Executive Leadership Team, including dashboards as needed.
10. Build relationships across the business to develop and implement ERM improvements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
* Understanding of risk management frameworks and standards, including ISO 31000.
* 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing ERM frameworks.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to align risk practices with business objectives.
* Experience in operational and project risk environments.
* Proven experience in risk management education and software systems.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Industry-specific experience, including critical infrastructure and logistics.
