About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large, corporate Perth office within the professional services sector for a 12-month parental leave contract.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role suited to someone with strong facilities management experience, a proactive mindset, and a high level of service focus. You will be responsible for ensuring the workplace operates efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while managing contractors, services, and front‑of‑house functions.
The role will commence in early February, with training provided and a structured handover from the current Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* End‑to‑end management of facilities operations across the Perth office
* Oversight of contractors, including repairs, maintenance, and site inductions for these contractors.
* Management of concierge and front‑of‑house services
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service for internal stakeholders
* Responding to issues with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
* Coordinating with interstate teams and senior management
* Use of internal systems and standard office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Supporting workplace safety, compliance, and operational processes
About You
* Proven experience in facilities or workplace management within a corporate environment
* Strong people management experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Professional communication skills and attention to detail
* Open to candidates with FIFO backgrounds who have corporate experience
* Australian PR or Citizenship required
