About the role The Technician - Field Support provides maintenance and reliability support and management role for plant and equipment regionally.
What you will be doing Key Accountabilities Knows and adheres to relevant procedures, statutory requirements and codes.
Continually reassesses risks associated with regional operation and maintenance processes taking appropriate corrective action.
Role models the use of Orica safety systems e.g. Alteration Authorities, Permit to Work and UIRs.
Coordinates and completes audits Ensures maintenance system adherence through influencing and motivation of site personnel.
Mentors staff and local service contractors in the support of Orica's Operations Ensures maintenance conforms to SAP PM.
