Dobinsons Spring & Suspension Rockhampton is seeking applications from highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are keen to join our team as an Administration Assistant (Exports). This full-time position involves working with international clients, freight agents and liaising with a close-knit team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Prepare shipping consignments and documentation – airfreight, seafreight & road freight
* Compiling emails
* Liaising professionally with clients, agents and suppliers and our sales team in a timely manner
* Prepare and issue internal and external documentation (purchase orders, invoices, shipping documentation)
* Administration and general office duties
This role is fast paced and is best suited to someone with great time management skills. Potential applicants should have:
* High attention to detail
* Fast and accurate data entry
* The ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong multi-tasking and prioritising skills
* Reliable & punctual
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Must have current drivers licence
* Shipping experience highly regarded, however not essential
* MYOB advance invoicing experience highly regarded, however not essential
* Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience required
