Up to 222k AUD per annum (depending on experience) + relocation package + many benefits

Responsibilities
* Oversee the company's core site, with a view to safely and efficiently achieving a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure operational excellence within the budget.
* Provide expertise, industry best practices and leadership to the operations supervisors and team leaders to find efficiencies.
* Develop and implement the long‐ and short‐term plans and policies of the group to ensure best customer outcomes.
Qualifications
* Many years of experience in the corrugated packaging sector.
* Skills include building effective teams, making good quality decisions, managing complexity, and taking accountability.
* Experience in print, packaging or paper sectors and residency in the UK is required.
