Store Manager Position
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
* Creating visually appealing stock setups to drive sales and improve customer experience
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
* Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock takes
* Providing ongoing coaching and development to staff to improve their skills and performance
* Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a retail management role or similar environment
* Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
