About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator to collaborate with and support a high-performing sales agent. This is a quick-paced, client-facing role where you’ll leverage your real estate sales or sales administration experience while building the skills to progress into a sales representative position.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting to generate new leads (calls, door knocking, letterbox drops)
Managing buyer enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
Liaising with buyers and attending home opens, private viewings, and auctions
Supporting appraisals, follow-ups, and pre-listing preparation
Database and pipeline management in NurtureCloud
General sales administration, reporting, and diary management
Preparing marketing materials and signage
Attending inspections (final, building, pest) and supporting the sales process
Participating in training and development sessions

About You
Minimum 12 months’ experience in real estate sales or real estate sales administration
WA Real Estate Registration (essential)
Vehicle and unrestricted WA driver’s licence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time-management ability
A proactive, detail-oriented, and driven approach
