Asset Management Specialist Role:
As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management of our infrastructure network. This entails conducting thorough assessments and maintaining the quality of our civil assets to ensure seamless community connectivity and efficient service delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough surveillance and condition assessment inspections across our civil infrastructure network, capturing and analyzing data on defects, risks, failures, and maintenance needs to inform strategic decision-making.
* Respond promptly to customer service requests, investigating reported issues to guarantee alignment with our service protocols.
* Ensure accurate and timely upload of asset assessment data to our Asset Management System to facilitate informed planning and investment decisions.
* Assist in developing and implementing condition assessment policies and procedures for specific asset groups to optimize asset performance.
* Support management in creating operational, service, and maintenance programs, including scoping and preparing cost estimates to drive efficiency.
