What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other tax-related documents
Providing general administrative support such as handling inquiries, filing, and data entry
Assisting with the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and facilities management
Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Office Administrator, preferably in a small-to-medium business environment
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial software (e.g., MYOB, XERO)
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Flexibility to work a casual schedule as needed
