About the role
This is a skilled and autonomous position responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. The role requires demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities
* Researching market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities
* Developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Planning, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns (including Meta and other digital platforms)
* Managing company websites and e-commerce platforms, including content updates and optimisation
* Developing marketing content across digital, print, and exhibition channels
* Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements
* Managing lead generation activities, CRM systems, and customer engagement tools
* Coordinating marketing activities with sales and management to support revenue growth
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate:
* A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor degree or higher preferred)
* At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
* Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, and performance analysis
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
